Job Description: Job Description – Customer Support Associate (US BPO – Voice & Chat) Location: Mannarkkad, Kerala .Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) .Benefits: PF, Free Food, Accommodation, and Transport About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Customer Support Associates to join our US BPO team. The role involves handling customer interactions via voice and chat support, ensuring a smooth customer experience while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat support with professionalism. Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined timelines. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality communication. Collaborate with team members and follow company processes. Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 2 years of experience in US BPO (Voice & Chat). Any degree qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts. Willingness to relocate to Mannarkkad, Kerala.
